Digital downloads — please choose carefully
Our products are digital files delivered instantly. Because access is granted immediately, we are generally unable to refund for change of mind once a file has been downloaded. Please review the title, edition and ISBN-13 on the product page before buying — or ask us to confirm.
When we DO refund or replace
We will gladly refund or replace if:
- The file delivered is the wrong edition or does not match what was advertised;
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or will not download and we cannot fix it;
- You were charged more than once for the same item;
- You have not yet downloaded the file and request cancellation promptly.
How to request
Contact us within 7 days of purchase via our contact page with your order number and the issue. We aim to resolve every fair request.
What is not refundable
Change of mind after a successful download, or buying the wrong product when the correct edition/ISBN was clearly listed. If unsure, ask us before buying.
Processing
Approved refunds return to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.
